70% of all orders will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. The service we use, depending on destination will be 24 or 48 Tracked larger orders will ship by DPD.
A guide to delivery times is shown below but orders may be received quicker or slower depending on your postal service.

Orders Not Received
In the unfortunate event that you do not receive your order within 7 days of the suggested delivery times, please check our My Order page to check the date it was despatched.
Damaged In Transit
The postal services are not perfect and occasionally you will receive goods damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact orders@whatrecords.co.uk.
Uncollected Items
Items returned to Whatrecords that have not been signed for when required can be refunded minus postage costs or redelivered with additional postage charges.
Fax and Mail Order
For those of you who prefer to pay cash, IMO or simply like posting or faxing orders then you may download our order form by clicking ORDER FORM REQUEST now. It is in Microsoft Word format.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders cancelled before shipping no charge, dispatched orders cancelled goods only refunded.
In the event of faulty goods please advise us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer a refund or replacement items, whichever you prefer. Duplicate orders; please contact orders@whatrecords.co.uk and we will sort it out.
Unwanted goods may be returned in mint condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion. Postage costs to be paid by the purchaser. This does not affect your rights under UK Distance Selling regulations. Please contact orders@whatrecords.co.uk.
Unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
It is most unlikely that you will have to return any goods to ourselves, please contact orders@whatrecords.co.uk
Your credit card security is a major priority to us. To this end we use a secure payment service provider which uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information. It will under no circumstances release any details to any outside organisation. If however, you would prefer not to use this service you may mail us the information.
What Records guarantees not to divulge your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.
We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations).
