Heavy rock icons Mastodon release their first album since 2011’s “The Hunter”. Their sixth album, it was recorded in Nashville with Grammy Award-winning producer Nick Raskulinecz, who is known for his work with Rush, Deftones, Foo Fighters, and Alice In Chains. The album’s hard-hitting first single was ‘High Road’. In the UK, “The Hunter” dominated all “Album Of The Year” charts including Metal Hammer, Kerrang, Terrorizer, Classic Rock, Total Guitar, Trash Hits and Rock Sound Magazines and saw the band crossover into a more mainstream rock audience with their hooks and riffs catching the ear. Mastodon will be touring Europe this summer in support of this release and are playing the main stage at Sonisphere on 6th July in support of Metallica.
